Today, I will immerse myself in office work. Still attempting to catch up from vacation last week and even further flooded
with the public’s realization that summer is fleeting and those “jobs” did not get done. I refer to this final full week as the “honey do” season. That threat that if a spouse has not begun or finished the project, then they call in the professionals. They either realize it looks very much like a Pinterest fail or that DIY projects take far more time than a half hour sitcom.


But I will also be stalking my sweet friend’s team page as she is fully expected to make an enormous rank before this month ends on Monday. And by the looks of things, it very well could happen today. Just like those snowy nights awaiting school closures, when I hit
“refresh, refresh, refresh”... that will be me cheering her on all through the day. Bethany is so close to hitting emerald, the first of only three jewels in plexus. And only two more to reach the top, then she can sign up under herself and start all over (but that’s another blog for another day).
Jennica, mother of seven, was very hesitant to even mention it to her midwife/friend Bethany (also raising and homeschooling seven). She thought it wasn’t crunchy enough for her to ever approve such products. But she was wrong. Bethany had seen Jennica’s health restored. And then Jamie saw what it was doing for Bethany and I saw Jamie coming back from her own medical fiasco and signed under her. And so on.

While the business side of this, for all four of us, has been an enormous blessing – and should she rank today, it is mind-blowing beyond forever annual trips to Hawaii and an earned Lexus (yes, plexus lexus) how this will expand her bank account – the truth is this … we would all do it again if it meant helping just one person take their life back.
That one exhausted mama who thinks it is selfish to spend money and energy on herself when she’s become accustomed to putting herself last. We have conditioned ourselves that eating what they don’t want or simply the crusts we cut from their sandwiches is a good enough meal. In part, because we are so tired that the thought of making a salad or fixing something else just is not worth it. [Read more…]
